These Payment Terms and Conditions outline the rules, regulations, and policies for the use of Kasukedo LLC's products purchasing, payments, and/or subscriptions.
By purchasing any products and/or services provided on this website, you agree that you have read and accept these terms and conditions in full. Do not continue to with Kasukedo LLC's payment process if you do not accept all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.
Kasukedo offers English Language tutoring lessons that are conducted via VoIP. Lessons are booked as an
appointment after completing and submitting a "lesson request" form. Lessons may not be booked without purchase
of
a subscription plan or one-time payment of "anytime tickets". Once you purchase either of these items, your
Kasukedo.com account will be credited with a certain number of "lesson tickets"; the amount of "lesson tickets"
credited to your kasukedo.com account is dependent of the specific plan or product that was purchased.
Regular subscription "lesson tickets" are limited to the following:
Monthly Subscription:
By purchasing a Subscription, you agree to an initial and recurring Monthly Subscription fee at the current Subscription rate, and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges until you cancel your subscription. You may cancel your subscription at any time, subject to the terms of our cancellation policy. Kasukedo reserves the right to increase any and/or all prices for every product and/or subscription without notice to users and current subscribers.
Automatic Subscription Renewal Terms:
Once you subscribe to a plan, Kasukedo will automatically process your subscription fee monthly for all plans except "Grandmaster"; The plan of "Grandmaster" is a 3-month subscription and will be processed and billed every 3 months.
One-time Payments:
Kasukedo offers several products that can be purchased with a 1 time payment. These one-time products, known as "anytime tickets", are surplus "lesson tickets". Payment for these "anytime tickets" is only charged once per transaction.
Free Trials:
Free Trial lesson appointments may be reserved without payment to new users. If a user has previously attended
a
Free
Trial appointment or purchased a subscription or "anytime ticket" and attended 2 or more paid appointments,
reservation of a Free Trial appointment will not be allowed. Kasukedo LLC reserves the right to allow users to
make
additional Free Trial lesson appointments. Kasukedo LLC reserved the right to cancel Free Trial lesson
appointments as
well as the right to change and/or edit details relating to Free Trial lesson appointments for any reason.
Free Trial appointments may only be made with the Free Trial request form. Free Trials appointments are
assigned
by Kasukedo LLC staff to the tutor of our choice. Kasukedo LLC will attempt to assist the Free Trial requestee
by
fulfilling the lesson request details as much as possible, but makes no guarantees that Kasukedo will be able to
fulfill all of the lesson request instructions or details.
Subscription Payment Renewal Failure:
If your credit card or payment method fails for any reason, you will not be credited with your subscribed plans "lesson tickets". The same is true for "anytime tickets". Payment MUST be recieved in order for your account to be credited accordingly. Kasukedo LLC reserves the right to terminate your Kasukedo.com account for any reason, but generally will not terminate it without cause.
Users may not share their account or account details with any person other than their dependent spouse or
dependent
minor children.
An exception to this rule is a one-time use by friends or family members as a way to show the unsubscribed
non-user
how the Kasukedo learning process works, in an attempt to get the non-user to interested in Kasukedo's products
and
services. Constant and unregulated sharing of accounts and/or lesson appoinments is not permitted.
If you wish to cancel your subscription, you may do so at any time. There are no cancellation fee's. Remaining "lesson tickets" will remain valid until the end of the current billing cycle. Remaining lesson tickets still follow the normal use policies (stated above) and may not be used all at one time. If you cancel your subscription but still have "anytime tickets", you may still book as many lessons as you want by using those "anytime tickets".
If you wish to change subscription plans, you must cancel your current plan before doing so. All "lesson tickets" will be lost and you will be assigned the new number of "lesson tickets" based on your new subscription plan and new billing cycle. Kasukedo may increase the number of "lesson tickets" on a case-by-case basis, as it sees fit.
Refunds may be given only if a user cancels their subscription before using 3 "lesson tickets". As the refund process is not automatic due to technical limits, Refunds must be requested by contacting Kasukedo and asking for a refund.
The refund process may be change at any time, without notice to users.
Changes to this policy may occur at any time without notice to Kasukedo users.
However, Kasukedo LLC will attempt to inform users of any changes at its sole discretion.
